Size	Plate: thickness: 20-400mm, width: 200-2500mm, length: 2000-5800mm, or as required.Round bar: diameter: 20-300mm, Length: 1-12m, or as required.
Surface	Bared, Black Painted (varnish coating), Galvanized, With Oiled, 3 PE, FBE, or as required.
Application	Q195 is used to manufacture parts, iron wires, iron rings, shim irons, split pins, tie rods, stamping parts and welding parts with small load-bearing capacity.Q215A is used to manufacture tie rods, ferrules, washers, infiltrated rings, carburized parts and welded parts, etc. Q235AA and Class B are used to manufacture metal structural parts, carburized parts or carbonitriding parts with low core strength requirements, tie rods, connecting rods, hooks, couplers, bolts, nuts, sleeves, shafts and connectors; C and D grades are used to manufacture important welded structural parts. Q255A is used to manufacture shafts, spindles, hooks, tie rods, rockers, wedges and other parts with low strength requirements. This negative weldability is acceptable. Q275 is used to manufacture shafts, sprockets, gears, hooks and other parts with high strength requirements.
