1. In the high-pressure pipe of the refrigeration cycle, there should be no place where the refrigerant is easy to gather, and no liquid storage device should be set to reduce the refrigerant flow to the low-pressure side during shutdown, which may cause "liquid strike" when the compressor starts.
2. The refrigerant to be charged should match the evaporation capacity as far as possible. If necessary, a gas-liquid separator can be installed on the suction line of the compressor.
3. When the primary stainless steel capillary tube is tested and corrected, the diameter and length of the stainless steel capillary should be ensured to match the refrigeration capacity of the device, so as to ensure that the device can meet the specified technical performance requirements.
4 Stainless steel capillary tube diameter must be uniform. A filter dryer should be set at the place where it enters the sun to prevent moisture and dirt from blocking the capillary.
5. When several stainless steel capillary tubes are used in parallel, in order to make the flow uniform, stainless steel capillary tubes should be added before the liquid separator.
6.Stainless steel capillary tube length and inner diameter are configured according to certain units and working conditions. Can not change the working condition or replace any capillary, otherwise it will affect the normal work of refrigeration equipment.
