Regarding the "stuck neck" situation, he believes that the main reasons are: first, path dependence, and the independent innovation ability of materials in the steel industry has not yet fully formed. "Vigorously carry out collaborative innovation, the problems encountered now cannot be solved independently by a single company or a single industry.
